Charming hotel with twenty-six rooms in Gilly-lès-Cîteaux.
Halfway between Gevrey-Chambertin and Nuits-Saint-Georges, in a former 16th-century farmhouse, this charming hotel welcomes you for a romantic night or a week dedicated to discovering the region. At the helm are Philippe Delin and Jean-Alain Poitevin. The former has a special attachment to the building, the latter has worked in the kitchens of some of the finest establishments, and both are passionate about their region! The result is a hotel with 25 rooms decorated in a modern, refined style, a restaurant serving local, gourmet and seasonal cuisine, a wine bar, a superb garden, and an extra touch of soul with the Bistrot d'O for dishes that are 100% Côte-d'Or!

Onze kamer op de begane grond was erg donker en koud. Fijn als je er van houdt maar voor ons niet prettig.
Personeel is super vriendelijk. Restaurant op zondag en maandag gesloten maar een medewerker gaf ons een tip voor een restaurant in de buurt en was tevens bereid om een tafel voor ons te laten reserveren.
