We're welcomed at Maud et Véro, a fishmonger's shop on a human scale. A pretty display, but the choice is there: sea bream, cod, pink trout, organic sea bass, sabres, sole, cod... Sea and river fish will delight you with for example the excellent Jura trout with a good white wine. Small boat fishing is preferred; some good surprises on the Lake Geneva side (ask for the Arctic char!). In addition, the Maud et Véro fish shop offers you terrines, shellfish salads or ready-to-eat pike quenelles. You will leave with lemon and parsley. A very good address to compose a beautiful fish plate or a seafood platter!
