He selects them himself. The shop also has a good choice of recent vintages of wines from owners and a nice selection of brandies, cognacs, gins, vodkas, whiskies, rums... I cannot recommend this business enough. The owner Victorien (I hope I am spelling this correctly) and his employees are the definition of hospitality. My gf and I popped in on a whim and sat at the bar. He answered all of our questions with patience and kindness. Every glass and bottle we ordered (with his guidance) was unbelievable. The charcuterie and cheese were heavenly. Secret tip if it is in stock, get the mortadella! Thank you Victorien for everything! Can’t wait to return tomorrow to select bottles to take home!!!

Un caviste très sympa, de très bons conseils, avec un immense choix de vins, et surtout de très beaux choix pour les amateurs ! Les prix sont corrects, et les planches sont excellentes avec des produits de qualité sélectionnés ! Nous avons ouvert une belle bouteille, et avons passé une super bonne soirée !

Excellente adresse ! Il suffit de dire J ai préparé tel plat, tel plateau de fromage, tel dessert, apéro et vous vous retrouvez avec des accords fabuleux ! Le tout en précisant votre budget qui est toujours tenu. Des bonnes découvertes aussi ???? au milieu de grands crus aussi. Pour tous les goûts et toutes les bourses.
