Ludovic Flexas has set up his shop in an old, typically Burgundian house where you will find old vintages from all the French wine-growing regions: great Burgundies, Bordeaux, Jura and Loire wines. He selects them himself. The shop also has a good choice of recent vintages of wines from owners and a nice selection of brandies, cognacs, gins, vodkas, whiskies, rums... In the evening and on request, tastings commented with passion, in the cellar, adapted to your expectations and your budget

Getting multiple glasses at the bar is a great way to try local Burgundy's if you don't have time for a full day of vineyard tours. This is what my wife and I did and we'd definitely do it again!
