Now a must-visit ice cream parlour, Simone et Maurice offers 0% added flavour and 0% colouring. The menu of flavors, all subtle and original, varies with the seasons and the imagination of founder Anne-Claire Guinard. Try the inevitable vanilla, or let yourself be tempted by the 100% Côte-d'Or flavors: Flavigny aniseed, blackcurrant and, of course, gingerbread. New: savory brioches and kurtos complete the menu.

Very friendly staff hence 2 stars. Ice cream 1* if compared to Italian artisanal ice cream. Big disappointment after queuing for 20 minutes.

Simone et Maurice à Dijon, c’est clairement les meilleures glaces du monde… en tout cas parmi les 12 pays que j’ai explorés (et c’est pas juste une tournée des caves !). Des produits naturels, un savoir-faire artisanal au top, et des parfums qui mettent la moutarde à l’ombre. Une vraie masterclass glacée made in Dijon !

Enorme rij voor het ijs. Het ijs was lekker maar niet super speciaal. Ik wilde 5 bollen maar dat kon niet. 3 bollen + 2 bollen wel.

La glace melon ainsi que la clémentine étaient également très bonnes, enfin un vrai goût de fruits.
Les glaces ne sont pas extrêmement sucrées et c'est vraiment appréciable.
