Je suis très exigeant en matière de viennoiserie. Pour avoir testé toutes celles de Dijon, celles proposées et fabriquées par ce boulanger sont exceptionnelles. Un très bon goût de beurre, le feuilletage croustillant et le façonnage imparfait révèle le véritable travail d’un artisan. Bravo !

Le pain et le viennoiseries y sont bonnes. On y sent un vrai travail de boulangerie.
Les derniers croissants achetés étaient un peu trop cuits, mais ça ne les a pas empêché d'etre très bon.
