New in the Monge Street at La Boulangerie des Ducs, located just a few metres from Zola Square: change of ownership, it is David Bietry who is on the orders, with the same pastry maker. But the important thing is always inside, where you fall nose nose with a wide range of baked pastries and pastries. Between noisette and noisette, genoese and sanded, the choice may prove elusive. On the spot, you will see the habitués come to search for their Banette, whose house is now the depository of the brand, specialities of bread from the house which fall into Viking, 6 cereals, campaign, corn, seed, and 1900 to leaven. David Bietry also offers delicious fruit brioches.
