Often copied, never equaled, Mulot et Petitjean gingerbread is the Madeleine de Proust of Dijon. The house perpetuates the tradition of authentic gingerbread in all its forms. In a 450 m² thematic tour, the production process unfolds before our very eyes: we follow the stages of gingerbread making through the company's collection of machines and tools, and the testimonies of employees on a large screen.

Très joli musée à visiter en semaine afin de voir la production en live. Beaucoup de temps a été investi pour donner la meilleur expérience client possible. Si le site du musée n'est pas très vendeur et qu'il y a peut de photo sur Google, je recommande de le visiter. Vraiment top, à ne pas manquer sur Dijon. Petite dégustation en fin de visite.

Très belle visite de la fabrique de Pain d'épices Mulot et Petit Jean. Le parcours avec l'audio guide est très ludique, la dégustation a la fin de la visite parfaite. Très bon accueil. N'hésitez pas à visiter cette fabrique incluse dans le City pass Dijon

Very interesting history of the company. Informative and nice employees, they manage English well and the museum is by-lingual. You get a tasting at the end!
