The Ferme de Bray located in Dijon is managed by Marine and Jérôme, who specialise in Charolais cow breeding and cereal production. Associated with Nicolas, from the Ferme de Poissy, their products are on direct sale, offering a wide choice of cuts available at retail: burgers, ribs, roast beef, bavette...Try the milk-fed veal 5 kg meat package or the barbecue package. You will also find lentils and cereals.
