Since 2009, As du Vin has been providing all wine and spirits neophytes or enthusiasts with a home to welcome them. Their key word? Conviviality. The 2 Aces, François-Xavier and Nicolas, have more than 700 references of wines, crémants, champagnes, whiskies and beers in their independent store. In addition to a large choice of Burgundy wines, they also have bottles from a good selection of French domains (Loire, South-West...). Very much in tune with the times, As du Vin offers mainly organic and biodynamic wines.

The grand hotel La Cloche MGallery opens the doors of its boutique entirely dedicated to wine, with Charles-Antoine Musitelli as master on board. 20 by La Cloche offers its visitors a selection of great wines, often from Burgundy. You will be able to exchange ideas in front of the wall of the region's wines, enjoy a cosy "entre-soi" for wine lovers or meet winegrowers. A subtle mix between a boutique, a cellar and a tasting room, 20 by La Cloche is the place to be for wine lovers.

B as Burgundy works with the greedy products shop bourgogne "Pleasures of France", located just opposite. A few metres from the Place du Bareuzai, B as Bourgogne offers you many products related to the art of regional living. The hotel's storefront is chic and sober and a beautiful logo in showcase recalls the speciality of the house: wine! Many names are represented and the team will be happy to help you make your choice. In the shop, you can also find souvernirs, cups whose graphics evoke Burgundy, marble magnets linked to viticulture, dessous and all kinds of products related to wine (glasses, glasses of glasses, bouchons tire, air pumps, etc.). Beautiful canvas bags that pay tribute to mustard are also available, as well as the delicious liqueurs from the Dijonnaise house Edmond Briottet. Cream of cassis, blackberries or wood strawberries: there is a choice!

The Védrenne shop in the rue Bossuet is a nice showcase for the group of the same name based in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Created in 1923, the Védrenne house is a real institution. Among the distillery's products, we can mention the "Supercassis" blackcurrant cream at 20 degrees which is a pure delight, or, very trendy, the triple dry curaçao. The fruit creams are available with chestnut, blueberry, vine peach and the liqueurs allow to make amazing cocktails, like the one with elderflower. There are many references in the shop.

In this former flour mill, the beers are home-brewed, an artisanal microbrewery concept created by brothers Pierre-Elie and Quentin, brewers for 10 years. Opposite the Cité de la Gastronomie, discover this large space with a bar, exposed vats and large tables in an industrial-style planted decor. Wines, fruit juices and plates are also on the menu. In addition to being a friendly bar, Un Singe en Hiver combines pleasure and culture, with a 150 m² exhibition space upstairs dedicated to digital arts and contemporary music.

Two steps from the Place Wilson and opposite the Casino supermarket, this pretty store hides a few treasures among the more than 1,000 references presented. A store on a human scale that has chosen a very well targeted range of wines at reasonable prices. Burgundy wines of course, but also a large place reserved for other regions of France and foreign wines. Marc's wine shop also offers champagnes and spirits and, for some years now, caviar all year round! Thanks to ultra-perfected machines, 16 wines are available for free tasting. La Cervoiserie is a franchise, but also the temple of enthusiasts of this sparkling drink made in an artisanal way everywhere in the world. We all remember the hot beer served in the Asterix comics. Welcome to Domaine Derey in Couchey. Here, on no less than 20 hectares spread over the communes of Dijon (one of the few truly Dijon-based vineyards), Marsannay-la-Côte, Fixin, Couchey and Gevrey-Chambertin, wine has been made since 1950. 70 years of viticulture, which can be felt when visiting the cellars of the estate and especially when tasting the wines of this vineyard. The diversity of the climates of Burgundy offers a range of very different great wines such as Clos des Marcs d'Or, Fixin premier cru les Hervelets, Marsannay, Montre Cul or Aligoté.

About sixty references from Burgundy and elsewhere, and wines from domains only. Hadika Simon, the store's manager, pampers her customers as much as the winegrowers she defends. In order to better support and promote the domains of her selection, Hadika organizes two monthly tastings in the presence of wine producers. This is a unique opportunity for each of them to come and comment and detail their cultivation and oenological methods as well as the specificities of the terroir they cherish so much. Each tasting is accompanied by a food and wine pairing concocted by Adelaide, the private chef of La Source des Vins. A good moment of sharing and conviviality.
