Located on the eponymous rue des Forges, Café des Forges is a friendly little spot in the heart of Dijon's historic center. Just over a year ago, Clémence took over this authentic bistro with its pretty moldings in one of the most beautiful streets in the Cité des Ducs. Her secret? A menu and a warm welcome at all times of the day in a typical, elegant brasserie setting. Clémence's traditional breakfast menu is perfect for early risers or those who like to make the morning last. Lunchtime bistro dishes are available on the slate, such as the oeufs parfaits meurette frites et salade at 12 euros. In the evening, a selection of tapas, charcuterie and cheeses: enjoy a nice aperitif with friends.

Les plats sont bien pensés, parfaitement réalisés et tout était divin : les meilleures gougères dégustées, le pâté-croûte, le dos de saumon rôti et la poitrine de cochon succulente ! Sans compter la mousse au chocolat revisitée comme un snickers!
Une carte des vins au top avec de belles appellations et références de Bourgogne.
