Once you've arrived at the address, dare to enter the courtyard and let yourself be guided by the path traced by the bottles leading to the staircase leading to Matthieu Aravantinos' cellar. In March 2023, Matthieu returned to his Dijon roots and founded The Wine Compass, a venue already widely acclaimed by locals and tourists alike. Every day, by reservation only, he organizes workshops and masterclasses dedicated to the region's wines. Themed tastings outside Burgundy are also organized: "Tour de France", Tour of Europe, Giro d'Italia, etc. Discover them all!
