Discover Dijon's three spaces for information on the Dukes' capital, adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Three areas allow visitors to optimise their stay and learn more about the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy: the central tourist office, housed in the Palais des États de Bourgogne, the Dijon Gare reception area, and the Puits de Moïse reception area, in the Chartreuse hospital. The multilingual hostesses at the central office in the rue des Forges will provide you with information on the cultural, heritage, and museum offers or on the Dijon City Pass for visiting the city at very reasonable prices.

I'm writing a review for the recommended parcour de la chouette, but the tourist Office is very good, they had maps in a lot of languages and spoke English, so our bad french didn't get in the way.
About the town, oh my god, I can't recommend it enough! Free entry museums, very well indicated tourist spots and of course, the moutarde shops, which were a treat! The free museums were the beaux arts, in the town centre, and the natural history museum, in the botanical garden near the station. If you follow the parcour de la chouette, you won't miss it.
We were there on a Saturday, in a day trip from Lyon, and it wasn't very packed with tourists, maybe the rainy weather scared some of them away.
I definitely recommend getting a ticket for the Tour Philippe le Bon in advance though. We went to the tourist Office as soon as it opened, but there weren't any spots left for the whole day. The visit was nice even without the view, though.
Don't miss the chouette in the notre dame church! You have to rub it two times for luck.
