If there is one who was born in the cabbage, it is Pierre-Emmanuel Josselin. Since always in the kitchen, and after a stint in the kitchens of the Pourquoi Pas, he launched on his own in 2016 L'amour du chou. A pastry chef-caterer activity unlike any other. Armed with his piping bag, his quest for the best cabbage can begin. Since then, he has never stopped delighting the lucky ones and the gourmands who have come across him, at the bend in the market, on partner food trucks, at events or private parties. No fixed stall?
