Je n ai pas fait d études dans le domaine de la vente, mais le bon sens voudrait que le responsable de la boutique ne "scanne" pas les clients à leur arrivée, jaugeant leur tenue vestimentaire et ne leur parle pas sur un ton condescendant... Un peu d humilité s il vous plaît... Votre boutique n a pas de sonnette et semble pouvoir accueillir tout le monde, pas seulement les clients fidèles !
