Boutique peu commerçante... suis bonne cliente. Ai acheté juin 2017 petits nu-pieds IVOIRE ( 99 euros ... en soldes... ) portés 5 ou allez ... 6 fois depuis l achat ... une des lanières de la chaussure s'est déchirée alors que je me levais de table. Selon plusieurs avis cordonniers ... chaussure irréparable alors que peu usée selon ces professionnels ! La personne vue en boutique fut excessivement désagréable, remettant en doute tout ce que je lui disais. Lui exprimais gentiment ma déception car chaussures chères et espérais qu' elles feraient plus d'une saison ! Elle a rétorqué que le prix n avait rien à voir avec la qualité... qu' en plus j avais du me tordre la cheville ... enfin tout y est passé... tous les arguments les plus pitoyables et incohérents que j ai entendus depuis longtemps et qui ne conviennent pas avec le standing que cette boutique veut se donner ! Aucun geste commercial n'a été fait. Ni même à minima des excuses ! C' est vraiment du vol . Et un irrespect total du client.

Beautiful shoes at reasonable prices with a wide choice of style. Fortunately the saleswoman is very friendly and smiling unlike the manager who does not even say hello and only think of closing the shop at 18:50!
