Hotel with green terrace for a convenient stay within walking distance of the city centre in Dijon.
For a practical stay. Unlike its name, this hotel is not located right next to the stadium but about one kilometre away, or about minutes walk away. On the other hand, it is just a few steps away from the square of 30-October, so a few minutes walk from the city centre. The garage can be used to avoid the parking lot. Even though the area is rather quiet, the hotel is quite quiet, and in particular the 21 rooms that give all the courtyard. Depending on your needs, you can opt for a standard room (one or two persons), double, triple, quadruple or two connecting rooms. Do not hesitate to contact the reception to requisition an extra bed. For a quiet evening, the Wi-Fi is free and the televisions are equipped with satellite channels and Canal +. For more lively evenings, the restaurant on the ground floor is at your disposal. On the menu: friendly kitchen, fresh products and green terrace in the backyard. You can also enjoy a beer in the nearby bar.

????: The manager wasn’t expecting us despite booking over 24 hours earlier on Booking.com. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly, there was a tampon wrapper on the toilet floor and blood on the bathroom wall. We had to ask for towels and were given ones with holes in them (see photo). The curtains had come off the rails and the plug sockets were coming out of the walls (see photo). The whole place stank of paint which made it hard to sleep and there was door slamming and shouting throughout the night until past 4am. The shower was extremely weak and the shower cable didn’t reach the holder above..
