En juin de la même année, au retour de notre petit-déjeuner l’électronique de la porte de chambre est bloqué.
La première fois l’incident de la chambre n’a pas été pris au sérieux. La deuxième fois la personne à la réception et le personnel d’étage ont été au top pour palier au manque d’organisation de l’hôtel pour traiter au mieux une urgence.
J’attends avec curiosité le retour de la direction suite à mes observations.
