Belle chambre, personne à l accueil tres gentille et très serviable

Super pratique de pouvoir charger et décharger juste devant l’hôtel malgré la zone piétonne.
Accueil sympa. Tout a été bien expliqué à l’arrivé. L’hôtel a pris 50% du parking qui est juste à côté, très pratique. J’ai aimé l’attention particulière que la dame a donné à mon fils avec le chocolat de pâque. J’ai appris tardivement qu’On avait également accès à la Pisicne a l’hôtel d’à côté. C’est un peu dommage, j’aurais organisé autrement cette journée pluvieuse si je le savais avant. De la même façon pour le déchargement devant l’hôtel, on s’est arrêté juste à côté vu que l’hôtel était juste au coin de la rue, donc ça s’est bien passé. Mais c’est des informations que je trouve intéressant de communiquer.
Literie tres confortable. Chambre spacieuse. chauffage trop chaud. Le tramway dans la rue ne m’a pas empêché de dormir.

Hôtel très charmant, chambres spacieuses, réceptionniste sympathique, facile à contacter, emplacement en plein centre, très propre, petit déjeuner très bon et présenté avec goût.

The breakfast room is the worst ever seen in an actual hotel (offering would be nice) especially it claiming being a 4* hotel! Super small with too less space overall and just a few seats. Upon entering, we turned around again right away. Not only because there would have been no seats available but the entire atmosphere...having to squeeze yourself through other people every second, no way. Think about a room in the cellar with a small window at the end and a few small cheap tables and seats, that's pretty much how it presents itself. This was at 09:00, breakfast till 10:00.
Besides things are fine, the room is nice incl. the bathroom with the shower.
