Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Dijon. Propre. Très bon accueil.
Surpris par une baignoire en plastique... dans un chambre supérieure.
Petit déjeuner correct, sans plus.

Friendly & helpful Reception staff. Quiet location but central to everything! (restaurants/bars/historical buildings & sights). Rooms are extremely comfortable and well proportioned (even the most standard double) - perfectly clean and well/discreetly serviced. A joy to have a balcony. Good buffet breakfast selection. Spent 5 nights here exploring Dijon and surrounds. Delighted with my choice! ????

L’hôtel était très bien. Malheureusement, notre voiture a été cambriolée dans le parking Tremouille recommandé par l’hôtel.

Très bel endroit pour une escapade à Dijon. L’hôtel est situé à quelques pas du vieux Dijon, zone piétonne à ne pas rater. Tout le confort à l’hôtel, très belle deco. La chambre est spacieuse et très agréable, propre, climatisée et très bien isolée des bruits de la rue. Excellent rapport qualité /prix. Accueil très agréable à la réception. Je recommande vivement

Sehr angenehmes Hotel, direkt in der Innenstadt gelegen. Die Reservierung der Hotelgarage hat problemlos funktioniert. Wir waren auf der Heimreise aus der Provence und mussten durch den sicheren Garagenplatz nicht das ganze Gepäck für eine Nacht ausladen. Ich würde das Hotel beim nächsten mal sofort wieder buchen.

Hôtel très agréable ainsi que le personnel.
Dommage qu'il n'y a pas plus de place de parking privé à l'hôtel. Nous devons laisser la voiture dans les rues proche de la ville pas plus de 2h.

L'hôtel est proche du centre ville, vous pouvez obtenir une place de garage à l'intérieur si vous réservez à l'avance! L'accueil est sympathique et le personnel disponible. Les chambres sont propres et assez grandes. Pour le petit déjeuner, dommage que notre petit bichon n'y soit pas accepté, nous avons dû prendre notre petit déjeuner séparément! A Beaune, à l'hôtel Mercure, il pouvait venir avec nous!|La salle est belle et bien éclairée avec une petite terrasse extérieure. Le petit déjeuner est correct sans plus, la charcuterie est moyenne!|Nous y avons tout de même passé un séjour agréable!

The residence suite was beautiful, large living room and extra large bedroom||Lovely bathroom and a great coffee maker. Our only comment would be that you had to walk to the room which is about 250 meters away from the hotel. Perhaps could of been escorted so we didn’t get lost

We were in the Gustav apartment. Good communication about arrival and departure. All great. Nicely decorated. Clean. Merciful AC. Fab location. Good value compared to a ‘normal’ hotel.

From the moment I arrived, I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel’s impeccable service and prime location. Nestled right in the city center, it offered the perfect base for exploring everything—museums, restaurants, and charming local shops were just steps away.

The room was tastefully decorated, quiet despite the vibrant surroundings, and exceptionally clean. The bed felt like a cloud, and the rainfall shower was a refreshing luxury after a day of sightseeing. I appreciated the thoughtful touches too: complimentary coffee, and reliable Wi-Fi.

What truly stood out was the staff—every single team member was warm, professional, and eager to assist with restaurant recommendations and directions.

If you’re looking for a stylish, welcoming, and centrally located place to stay, this hotel is a top choice.

Au coeur du Dijon patrimonial, l'Hôtel des Ducs vous accueille avec bienveillance, élégance et professionnalisme (y compris le dimanche !). Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien agencées (salle de bains comprise) et calmes. Tout est à proximité : musées et autres curiosités culturelles, commerces, restaurants... Tout pour savourer le charme de cette merveilleuse ville !

Comme habituellement, un personnel des plus serviable et sympathique. Un emplacement idéal au cœur des rues piétonnes. Une literie au top et un petit déjeuner complet avec un bon rapport qualité-prix.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. hotel is literally 2 minutes walk from the very city centre. And the hotel has a real roman wall in its basement.

Très bon accueil et de bons conseils pour les restaurants.L'emplacement est exceptionnel. La chambre de belle taille, très propre et calme. Décoration sobre avec tout le nécessaire.
Les produits du petit déjeuner étaient d'excellente qualité ! Un petit espace avec de l'eau, thé, café est disponible en libre accès dans la journée.
Séjour parfait. Hôtel digne d'un 4 étoiles.

The location of the hotel makes up for the average and small rooms. We had a bad night sleep because the AC made some very weird and noisy sounds - all night long

Deze organisatie heeft duidelijk verstand van het hotelwezen. Het appartement is schitterend ingericht, zeer praktisch en heeft een complete uitrusting. Het appartement is brandschoon. Het hotel ligt in het centrum op een rustige locatie. De parkeergarage bevindt zich op 4 minuten loopafstand. De procedure voor inchecken is duidelijk.
