Le lit pas fait et très décevant pour un Ibis.
Après réclamation photos à l'appui, l'hôtesse s'est précipitée à trouver une autre chambre mais malheureusement elle était pire.
Le personnel sympathique mais gênée en expliquantque que L'hôtel sous traite le personnel de chambre.
2 petites serviettes en bout de souffle. Vraiment hallucinant.
La chambre est accueillante, service et confort au niveau d'un ibis. Je n'en attendais pas plus
Le service était agréable à l'accueil, ainsi que les femmes de ménages, locaux propres et décorés pour l'occasion de la fête d'halloween !
Petit déjeuner de base sans surprise mais avec tout le nécessaire (thé, café, jus de fruits, lait, céréales, viennoiserie, salé, ...)
Enfin l'emplacement est agréable, parking en sous-sol et à 2 pas du centre ville !
