Situé près de la gare ce qui est très pratique. Mais une nuit l’alarme nous est fait levés à 5:30 apparemment à cause d’un défaut. Le problème c’était qu’il n’y a eu aucune explication de la part de l’hôtelier après ce fait. On n’était pas du tout au courant et les gens demandaient aux autres s’il fallait monter ou pas. Au moins Vous devriez annoncer et expliquez aux gens ce qui s’est passé, non?

Bon séjour, belle chambre spatieuse et luxueuse. Personnel très acceuillant, sympathique et très claire dans leurs explications. Malheureusement, le petit déjeuner n'était pas sur le même niveau. Manger sur les plateaux et sans nappe de table avec un offre limitée. Trop de personnel de surveillance sans service à la table comme c'est le standard dans un hotel de votre niveau.

avons dû réclamer après une nuit car chambre réservée exiguë indigne de nos expériences passées dans un autre hôtel de la chaine où nous avions été très satisfaits, de même catégorie. petit déjeuner bruyant perturbé par les bruits de la cuisine et de la pièce de service jouxtant la salle de petit déjeuner car portes laissées grandes ouvertes par le personnel en grande discussion et buffet très moyen. Aucune comparaison avec notre expérience précédente! Malgré l'effort du changement de chambre par le personnel de l'accueil, séjour juste satisfaisant.

The hotel decor is tasteful and the staff were pleasant and helpful. However we feel that this hotel is definitely not a 4 star rating. The tiny bedroom/bathroom was definitely not value for money at (155 euros plus breakfast at 36 euros), no tea/coffee facilities, no bathrobe/slippers, unable to reserve secure parking as the hotel has limited availability and non was available on arrival which meant parking at the central train station and walking half a mile back to the hotel with luggage. Disappointingly, there is no restaurant at the hotel. Definitely not value for money.
