Set in a former monastery, this superb historic building houses 74 apartments, including rooms, suites and flats. La qualité des chambres est assez aléatoire, il serait intéressant, de mon point de vue, de proposer un catalogue photo plus exhaustif des chambres. L'accueil, le personnel au top. L'emplacement de l'appart hôtel est juste optimum pour ceux qui aiment êtres dans le centre

Découverte de cette formule appart hôtel. Cela m'a séduit, nous avons pu dormir à trois sans se gêner, 1 lit en mezzanine et 1 canapé, salle de bain avec douche très agréable.
Petit déjeuner dans la salle aux ogives évocatrices d'une vie mystique. Cloître accessible à tous. Seul bémol, le prix du petit déjeuner.

Je suis septique quant aux 4 étoiles résidence touristes de cet établissement. Certes nous avons séjourné pendant les 4 jours de canicules sur Dijon et malgré le cadre bien restauré par Odalys, nous n’avons pas passé un très bon séjour. En arrivant pas d’eau chaude rétablie le lendemain. La chambre 111 à fuir car très sombre la très petite fenêtre donne sur une cour donc vue sur un mur. Il faisait très chaud malgré les murs en pierre de l’établissement, avec un petit ventilateur brassant de l’air chaud. Pas de machine à café ni cafetière. Le matin vers 9h30 le beurre est mou les yaourts sont tièdes alors qu’avec la chaleur on peut en sortir du frais au fur et à mesure etc… dernière nuit étouffante avec la fenêtre ouverte et tv forte toute la nuit dans l’apparemment au rdc

Great central hotel with a difference. As part of group we were delighted with this hotel. Surrounded by history, comfortable rooms, secure area to lock up our bikes. Good breakfast & attentive staff. Initial contact was very slow. I used a booking agent in the end (Tripmakery, which I recommend) and all was well. Plenty of nearby bars & restaurants with Dijon Centre a short walk away. When cycling, it is very easy to get back onto the Canal pathway.

Unser Zimmer ( Suite) war ruhig. Französisch typisch nicht 4 Sterne wert.
Frühstück das so gelobt wird entspricht nicht dem was man von einem 4 Sterne Haus erwarten darf. Joghurt mit Datum 1 Woche abgelaufen, billiges Aufbackbrot [steinhart) und Pariser Gipfel die pampig sind. Rührei das eher Rührbrei ist, Salami und Schinken der billigen Sorte. Keine Früchte oder Fruchtsalst. Einzig Orangensaft frisch und gut. Kaffee Maschine nicht der Hit. Käse Angebot mickrig für France. Service sieht vieles nicht und musste oft darauf aufmerksam gemacht werden Ware auf zu füllen. Tägliche Zimmer Reinigung kostet Aufpreis.Hotel originell aber leider zu teuer für das Gebotene.
