Starred restaurant with open kitchen offering plates with simple products in Dijon.

Cibo has a star in the Michelin Guide, no less than three Gault et Millau toques and a reputation that is well established. When you walk through the door, you are struck by the beauty of the place. At the table, the open kitchen gives a glimpse of the beauty of the gesture. In the plate, simple products, but cooked with refinement in the respect of their original flavours. The menu offers a unique menu made of local products rigorously selected within a 200 km radius. You will be seduced by the visual of the plate very neat.

A five star experience on every level. The 10 course degegstation meal was a little intimidating but we managed it in the end with no problems
