Le Central, renovated in 2024, welcomes you halfway between a retro bistro atmosphere and a gourmet restaurant. Concocted by chef Ralf Mestre, the dishes live up to our expectations and respect the bistronomic spirit. Suprême de poulet fermier noir de Bourgogne, sole meunière, and two-cooked duck reduced to citrus remind us of the warmth of Sunday meals. The traditional "dessert cart" sounds like an unmissable ritual, while it's hard to resist the folklore of the crêpe Suzette flambéed in front of us.

Open Monday to Saturday, 12pm to 2pm and 7pm to 11pm. Open until midnight on reservation. Reservations recommended. Menus from €29 to €36 (€29 2 courses, €36 3 courses (lunch and dinner)). Children's menu: €12 (lunch and dinner). Wine by the glass. American Express, Chèque Vacances. Groups welcome (by prior arrangement). Air conditioning.
Owner's Message
Our restaurant Le Central welcomes you in a chic bistro atmosphere, both traditional and modern. "It's a mix between past and present. On the past side, mouldings, brass locksmithing and cathedral glass. We have kept strong markers, such as the tablecloth, cheese and dessert trolleys", says the Director, Arnaud Lecherf. On the modern side, come and discover the open kitchen and the emphasis on fish and seafood, and the maturing cellar for meat. The kitchen-workshop revolves around a 4-metre long black and brass enamelled stove, a unique and tailor-made piece for this new Central!

C'est toujours un plaisir d'aller dîner dans ce restaurant, même seule. L ambiance est chaleureuse, le personnel aux petits soins, et l'assiette bien garnie de produits de qualité.
J'ai testé, les œufs façon meurette en entrée, le poulet aux morilles avec une sauce au vin jaune en plat et les crêpes suzettes flambées devant moi. en dessert ! Le tout accompagné d'un accord mets vins sur chaque plat grâce à des conseils avisés. Tout ceci est excellent !
Une mention spéciale pour les rognons et la cuisson parfaite, rosée ! Ça c'était lors de la précédente visite !
