The restaurant is easily placed among the gastronomic references of the Dijon centre. A pleasant welcome thanks to Vanina's smile. Home-made" is the credo of chef Sébastien Mortet and words join gestures whose precision can be admired from the room. Beets from our garden in texture, fried soft-boiled egg, smoked red tuna. Veal fillet, cream of button mushroom, shiitake, Anna apple and full-bodied juice and for dessert, cherries in texture. Take advantage of the courtyard terrace for a meal out of sight.
