More known as an atmosphere bar, in the afternoon and evening, Trinidad has become a brasserie worthy of this name. On the magnificent square of the Theatre, just steps from St. Michel Square and Place de la Libération, the hotel offers an ideal environment, a beautiful view and a sunny terrace. The à la carte dishes are 90% and the products used are, as far as possible, eco-responsible. For vegetarians, the map specifies the appropriate dishes with a small pineapple. La Trinité favours trendy dishes that eat quickly, even on the thumb, and which share as the pizzas on site or to take, well done. The burgers, accompanied by salad and fries, also have success with numerous cheese specialities. There are also a few cuisinés dishes in proposals such as tartiflette, stuffed zucchini or breaded pie and quince jelly. The bonus that is worth the detour is undoubtedly the Sunday brunch with unbeatable value for money. Almost everything is home, well cooked, well seasoned, with a hint of originality. Sweet and savoury blend on the table where you can use freely. Definitely a good address where to eat among friends.

L'irish coffee est superbe ! Tellement, que j'en ai oublié mon pull (alors qu'il faisait -10c° en ce reveillon). Et bien le personnel m'a directement proposé de me le renvoyer via Mondial Relay.
