Restaurant offering dishes that honor local products in Dijon.

A fine mouth was needed to orchestrate the revival of La Fine Heure. In the dining room and in the kitchen, the team is young and dynamic, and offers dishes that honor local products, such as the carefully cooked meats. For lunch, there is a menu of the day or a Bistot'Heure menu that revisits, among other things, the Burg'Heure with finesse and the duck parmentier with sweet potato. On the menu, there are many beautiful (re)discoveries of traditional dishes. Here, we give back its letters of nobility to the cooking of our grandmothers. A delight!

Plats excellents et fins. Un super service sans temps mort et un personnel très agréable et à l’écoute. Je précise que le début du service à été réalisé par le stagiaire, ce qui est une bonne chose pour apprendre, et que le patron a bien repris la main. Très bon moment

Première fois pour nous dans ce restaurant, très jolie et bien préparer pour cette soirée. Service très agréable, repas spécial saint-valentin magnifique rien à dire. Un petit couac sur le service par l apprentit mais c est normal il apprend aussi.
