Restaurant offering dishes that honor local products in Dijon.

A fine mouth was needed to orchestrate the revival of La Fine Heure. In the dining room and in the kitchen, the team is young and dynamic, and offers dishes that honor local products, such as the carefully cooked meats. For lunch, there is a menu of the day or a Bistot'Heure menu that revisits, among other things, the Burg'Heure with finesse and the duck parmentier with sweet potato. On the menu, there are many beautiful (re)discoveries of traditional dishes. Here, we give back its letters of nobility to the cooking of our grandmothers. A delight!

Très bon moment passé dans la partie caviste où l’espace se transforme en salle de restauration en soirée. La présentation des plats est inventive, les cuissons sont respectées et la qualité des produits, locaux pour la plupart, viennent parfaire cette ambiance. Souhaitant sortir des sentiers battus pour le vin, les conseils et explications du sommelier, selon notre budget et goûts, nous ont été très utiles.
