Asian and Vietnamese restaurant offering home-made takeaway food in Dijon.
Located near the Place du 30 octobre, at the bottom of the Boulevard de Strasbourg, the Comptoir de Saïgon, well established since the 2000s in Dijon, is an Asian and more specifically Vietnamese take-away address, which it is good to know. On the one hand, because everything there is homemade: pork, chicken or shrimp egg rolls; spring rolls or the excellent bánh mì (Vietnamese sandwiches) seasoned with coriander. As a guarantee of quality, the managers are themselves originally from Vietnam and always welcome you warmly, with a smile to serve you your order in a very short time. Try the formulas with fried noodles or rice of your choice, three Vietnamese egg rolls and a dessert (apple fritter or coconut ball, a soy-based cake), or the formula with a sandwich, two egg rolls, a dessert and a drink for only 7 euros.

Viet’s Corner, c’est bien plus qu’un simple restaurant : c’est une invitation au voyage. Dès l’accueil, on est enveloppé par la chaleur humaine d’un personnel aussi attentionné que souriant. On s’y sent bien, comme chez des amis.
Côté cuisine ? Une véritable symphonie de saveurs ! Chaque plat semble raconter une histoire, celle d’un Vietnam authentique, généreux et raffiné. Mention spéciale pour le Bao et le Bobun divinement parfumé, et les nems croustillants à souhait. Une explosion de goût à chaque bouchée !
Un lieu où le cœur est aussi important que la cuisine – et ça se sent. Une pépite à découvrir, redécouvrir, et surtout… à savourer sans modération. ????????
