You can choose the base (vinegared rice, quinoa...), the fish (salmon, tuna...), the marinade (soy, coriander, balsamic...), the fruits and vegetables (mango, pomegranate, cucumber, avocado...) and the seasoning (sesame seeds, fresh herbs...).
