A veritable institution in the Toison d'Or since 1990, Tran is a favorite with lovers of authentic Asian cuisine. This wonderful family venture, run by Pheng, Dominique and their sons, perpetuates Grandma Kim's recipes. Jimmy, now at the helm and always ready to listen to customers, works exclusively with fresh produce: spices from Asia, French meats. Spring rolls, chicken shallots, Korean mandus, samoussas... the must-tries delight the taste buds. A fine selection of desserts, including the famous mochi, completes the experience. Also present in Angers, Rennes and Les Sables-d'Olonne, Tran is a gourmet port of call for Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese flavors.
