J'ai choisi le couscous , un mélange de viandes (agneau, poulet et merguez) accompagné de légumes variés. La qualité des ingrédients était remarquable. La semoule était parfaitement cuite, légère et aérée, et les viandes étaient tendres et savoureuses. La sauce, légèrement épicée, apportait une belle profondeur au plat.
