At the helm and in the kitchen, Lucie Tardieu and Melody Bourdier concoct generous, healthy dishes, with a strong focus on aromatic plants. Most of the produce is organically and locally grown, reconciling us with the vegetables of the earth, as in the sweet velouté of parsnip and cauliflower with pink berries.
