After Paris, Nantes, Lyon and Besançon, L'Alsacien, managed by Valentin and Lucie, has been in Dijon for two years. Here, don't expect to find sauerkraut or other Alsatian specialties, because only one is honored. Indeed, the restaurant with an original concept defines itself as a flammekueches bar. Super-choice of flambéed pies to share, classic or original recipes like the very tasty flammeküeche with munster cheese. You can also enjoy the Traditional, generous and creamy, or the Gratinée for a touch of cheese. Excellent apple pie. The atmosphere is assured thanks to a top team, welcoming and caring.

Les flamenckuches sont excellentes, j'en ai goûté une avec de l'Epoissses excellente er en dessert une petite flamenckuche sucrée, pommes chocolat et une boule de glace aux griottes c'était extra
Je n'oublie pas une bonne bière de Noël pour accompagner le tout
