L'Alsacien Dijon is the first Flam bar to celebrate conviviality and savoir-faire. Its hand-braided dough comes from Alsace, with ingredients from local producers. Enjoy the Traditional (cream, lardons, onions), the Gratinée with melting cheese, as well as vegan variants. The menu also includes starters to share, such as Knack/Strasbourg (sausage+galette) and spaetzle gratin with Munster or Epoisses cheese... Accompany them with a glass of wine or beer, served at the table. Open 7 days a week, continuous service from noon to 10:30 p.m., accessible to groups and pets. A warm place, perfect for traveling without leaving Dijon, and a couple of adorable owners.

Les flamenckuches sont excellentes, j'en ai goûté une avec de l'Epoissses excellente er en dessert une petite flamenckuche sucrée, pommes chocolat et une boule de glace aux griottes c'était extra
