Opened in May 2024, the Auberge du Molveau brings together 4 professional restaurateurs from Cussey-les-Forges: Jan Wetstrate, Pauline Van Der Veeken, Didier and Damien Vynisales. Attracted by the nearby National Forest Park, they decided to create this typically Burgundian haven of peace for nature-lovers visiting the region. le restaurant de l'Auberge du Molveau
C'est la deuxième fois que je viens manger à l'Auberge du Molveau ce mois-ci et à chaque fois c'était excellent! Un repas délicieux, et un accueil et service chaleureux. Merci Nicolas et Claire! Nous reviendrons! Je veux également ajouter que j'ai séjourné il n'y a pas si longtemps à l'Auberge et j'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour. Des chambres impeccables et très confortables. Je reviendrai!

Nous somme venus pour la partie restauration. Nous avons adoré l’esprit convivial et chaleureux. Nous avons passé un super bon moment, au calme ! Le patron est très sympathique et à l’écoute de ses clients. J’y retournerais bientôt, avec une grande hâte ! ||Nous avons pris des œufs à l’époisse, un parmentier de canard au Butternut et un Tiramisu ! Un vrai régal ! Je conseille vivement.
