Not far from Montbard is the Chèvrerie de l'Arbre Rond. Cheese lovers won't want to miss this tasty little stopover. Hélène Bertrand looks after 40 goats and produces her own cheeses. And let's face it: her goat cheeses are delicious! She offers fresh and semi-dry crottins, as well as bûchettes with ash, pepper, herbs and even blackcurrant buds. If you'd like to watch the milking, come to the farm at 5.30pm.
