Excellent value for money restaurant offering homemade burgers, a variety of dishes and fast service, a good address.
Fabrice and Aurélie Boisson, previously managers of a restaurant in Saône-et-Loire, took over the Auberge la Bouzaize in December 2023. On site, two welcomingly decorated rooms are reminiscent of small village brasseries. In the kitchen, the daily menu offers a choice of starters, main courses and desserts concocted by Fabrice himself. Charolais meats, home-made burgers with fries or regional dishes such as oeufs en meurette and escargots are all on the menu. Excellent value for money and fast service.
