Lakrids is THE Danish specialty that you will find everywhere in Denmark. For the little story, the young Johan Bülow decided to set up a workshop-boutique in his native village. His idea: to cook licorice in the store and spread its fragrance all over the place. And it worked. Everything was sold out in less than two hours. The last customer even bought the tasting bowl on the counter! Licorice is eaten all over Scandinavia! A favorite is the Habanero and passion fruit.
