Virgile and Peggy Berthiot dreamed of one day brewing their own beer, a wish that has been fulfilled since the opening of their Trois Fontaines brewery 20 years ago. Indeed, the Mandubienne and the Téméraire, craft beers and 100% natural, are now known throughout Burgundy. Better still, the Mandubienne is 100% Côte d'Or! We are seduced by their authentic barley malt aroma from Marliens. Come and enjoy a good beer in their bar-boutique.

Open Wednesday to Friday, 2pm to 7pm; Saturday, 9am to 3pm. Brewery visits by appointment max 30 people/ tasting formula 6€. Bottles of 75 cl and 33 cl.

The Trois Fontaines brewery in Bretenière, founded by Virgile and Peggy Berthiot 20 years ago, offers craft beers made with 100% natural ingredients. Their beers Mandubienne and Téméraire are recognized in all Burgundy. Moreover, the Mandubienne is made with barley malt from Marliens, which makes it an authentic representation of the Côte d'Or. This couple has been dreaming of brewing their own beers for a long time, and their passion and know-how are reflected in the taste, aroma and design of their products. Their bar-boutique welcomes you on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 2 to 6 pm. Witness of the rich brewing heritage of Burgundy, this place is a must for all the amateurs of craft beers.
