Born in Cambodia but raised in France, Iris wanted to put the products of her native country in the spotlight. She opened her eco-responsible grocery store, focusing on Cambodian specialties, in 2018. Today, she offers an online delicatessen, where Cambodian salt and pepper varieties feature prominently. These same ingredients are used to concoct 100% homemade traditional dishes from this Asian country, which she offers with her catering service.
