In 1957, it all began in a small village on the Hautes Côtes, in the hamlet of Orches, with 10 winegrowers. Today, it has 80 associate winegrowers working 350 ha of vines from Maranges to Marsannay on 1,472 plots. It is the only cooperative winery in the Côte-d'Or region to have earned the Vignerons Engagements label, selling 3 million bottles a year of sustainable, organic and eco-designed cuvées. 40 references, from regional appellations to grands crus and Crémants.

Founded in 1750, this is one of the oldest houses in Beaune. Michel Bouchard, draper and wine merchant, and later his son Joseph, established the family here. Visit the Hôtel du Conseiller du Roy, a superb residence dating from 1743. The "Discovery" tour includes a sensory, playful and interactive 5-sensory tour, and a tasting of 5 wines that opens the ^18th-century cellars. The "Souvenir" tour includes a Premier Cru and Grand Cru tasting, and you leave with a souvenir bottle. In the boutique, bottles to suit all tastes.

La Conseillerie des Tonneliers, created by Claude Siegrist in 1978 in Beaune, has the will to put forward beautiful wines of winegrowers. For 44 years, the best vintages of Burgundy and other regions of France have been sought after like nuggets for the professional network, tourists and locals. Yvan, his son, and Laetitia, his granddaughter, are passionate about the diversity of the terroirs, and are committed to creating emotion through accessible wines at estate prices.

The Marché aux Vins is located in the former ^15th century church of the Cordeliers with a breathtaking view of the Hospices. Property of the Halley family, as well as the châteaux of Meursault and Marsannay, this place steeped in history is the showcase of the best Premiers Crus and Grands Crus of the emblematic domains of the region, Hospices de Beaune, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Hôpital de Dijon, a selection of champagnes and spirits as well. You can discover these wines thanks to a Discovery tour, a Premiers Crus or Grands Crus tasting tour.

In 1988, Jean-Luc Aegerter acquired a wine business in Nuits-Saint-Georges, and in 1994, he bought his first vineyard plots of 1.17 ha. Today, his son Paul vinifies and cultivates 50 ha, 14 ha of which he owns. Paul produces wines from magical vineyards covering most of the Burgundy appellations - an empire! In the boutique, open every day, all year round, customers can find all the wines produced by Domaine Aegerter: still wines, Crémants, recent vintages, exceptional wines... what else?
