In 1957, it all began in a small village on the Hautes Côtes, in the hamlet of Orches, with 10 winegrowers. Today, it has 80 associate winegrowers working 350 ha of vines from Maranges to Marsannay on 1,472 plots. It is the only cooperative winery in the Côte-d'Or region to have earned the Vignerons Engagements label, selling 3 million bottles a year of sustainable, organic and eco-designed cuvées. 40 references, from regional appellations to grands crus and Crémants.

Founded in 1750, this is one of the oldest houses in Beaune. Michel Bouchard, draper and wine merchant, and later his son Joseph, established the family here. Visit the Hôtel du Conseiller du Roy, a superb residence dating from 1743. The "Discovery" tour includes a sensory, playful and interactive 5-sensory tour, and a tasting of 5 wines that opens the 18th-century cellars. The "Souvenir" tour includes a Premier Cru and Grand Cru tasting, and you leave with a souvenir bottle. In the boutique, bottles to suit all tastes.
