Had a wonderful tasting on a sunny patio with Mia after our motor/sidecar tour. He recommended this winery and called to make a reservation for us. Mia was full of knowledge and so friendly and understanding with all the questions we had. Very informative and fun. She then helped us pick out two wines in their beautiful cellar/tasting room. Loved her personality ???? We told her we were from Alabama and she said “sweet home" ????

We just came back from such an enjoyable impromptu wine tasting session with Mia at Le Caveau à Auxey. Mia has extensive knowledge of wine, we were able to chat with her about our experiences in Piedmonte, Toscana, and also in Valais ???? Further, because of her origins and our past visit to Bordeaux, we were also able to learn more about Bordeaux, and compare wines of Bordeaux and Bourgogne. We highly recommend a stopover here when visiting Beaune. Danke viel, viel mal Mia! ☺️
