Camille Carton and Jérémy Riou took over the L'Abbaye restaurant to give birth to Chais Vivants in April 2024. Eco-responsible cuisine in a chic country setting with a very warm welcome: a 100% successful gamble. From starter to dessert, you'll be treated to carefully crafted, colorful dishes featuring seasonal, ultra-local organic produce, sometimes forgotten, such as catfish, the king of the Saône. Young and old alike will succumb to the chocolate mousse and salted butter caramel. An address not to be missed in the Val de Saône!
