Clos Saint Imer owes its name to the patron saint of Gueberschwihr. In 1934, Ernest Burn undertook the restoration of this historic vineyard overlooking the Grand Cru Goldert area, which produces a highly aromatic Muscat. Today, Francis Burn produces cuvées that certainly offer the best price/pleasure ratio in Alsace. Take advantage of your visit to Domaine Ernest Burn to taste the Gewurztraminer Clos Saint Imer Vendanges Tardives 2022, Gold Medal and Coup de Coeur at the 19th Concours Mondial des Vins Féminalise in Paris!

Perfection. Come to the excellent sweeter, Late Harvest (vendange tardive) and Botrytis styles they Excell at. Stay for the superb surrounds and charming multilingual guidance from the family hosts that make it warm and memorable, and what's more educative. Only coming twice in ten years isn't enough. I was down to my very last bottle. They do keep well though.... :-). This place is worth the confusing GPS journey. Hommage worthy. With a religious significance worthy of curiosity. And Madame was the warmest and friendliest hostess in the Region. Top 3 in Alsace for me

Un cadre magnifique et des vins excellents..un grand merci a simone pour ses conseils, on se sent tres a l'aise et on ressent dans cette dégustation tout l'amour que porte simone et son mari pour leurs vignes.. encore un grand merci
