When quality and expertise meet passion, the result is Maison Toussaint. Orchestrated by Pascal and his son Pierre-Emmanuel, it's a benchmark in artisanal delicacies. The signature cake is the fluffy spice cake, available individually, and it's hard to resist the delicious shortbread, available in savoury, sweet or gluten-free versions. Special mention goes to Nonnettes au cassis, Arcelottes and Efti, meringues à croquer. New for 2025: Les Demoiselles à la Bergamote. The Pâte à tartiner Maison is to die for! Boutiques in the heart of Dijon, as well as in Beaune and Chalon-sur-Saône. Online ordering.
