Les Cultures du Large is a mariculture farm located off the coast of the Magdalen Islands. We invite you to discover this industry, centered on the cultivation of mollusks - mussels and oysters - on the high seas, through our interpretation center, which covers the world of shellfish farming, ocean aquaculture and lobster fishing. You can also take part in a hands-on marine excursion (2 hours). To round off your day of discoveries, drop by the fishmonger's for some gourmet shopping.
