In the Château Gaillard roasting plant, the Ti Kafé production workshop is always busy. Here, we come to drink coffee, but also to watch the roasters roast the green coffee beans to release the aromas. Coffees from the Caribbean and Central America are carefully selected. Ti Kafé continues to innovate: after launching a range of coffee that is 100 % certified of Martinique origin, from small producers of the island, it has launched the Nespresso capsule that is rechargeable with artisanal ground coffee. A great idea! Nice selection of teas.
