Thérèse Morel offers spacious, brand-new apartments on the other side of the road, but above all four more expensive, fully-equipped studios in the garden, which literally sit on the beach with their own terrace and lovely takamaka furniture. Car rental available, but above all, barbecue and pedal boats. Thérèse's son Christian offers excursions to the surrounding islets. With a store just a stone's throw away and the vegetable market less than 100 m away, everything runs smoothly!

Tropic Villa Annex
Tropic Villa Annex is located on the beach of Grand Anse in Praslin, next to the Tropic Villa. The Villa is designed as a two bedroom apartment, one bedroom with two adjacent single beds and one bedroom with a double bed. The bedroom can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
The Villa is equipped with air conditioning, free Wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a bathroom with shower, a TV with international channel, a safe, a hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo provided.
Le Tropique Villa
The villa Le Tropique is located on the beach of Grand Anse in Praslin. The villa has 4 villas with sea view and 2 villas with garden view. The Villa is equipped with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a bathroom with shower and bidet.

Thérèse Morel, the owner of Tropique Villa, has been welcoming guests since 1988. She worked for one of the most important tour operators for 7 years, then 8 years for the Ministry of Tourism as a representative of the island of Praslin. Born on Praslin and coming from a Seychellois family, Thérèse Morel will be able to advise you or help you efficiently for any questions concerning your stay.

Direkt nebenan ist ein Supermarkt und ein Obststand. Zum Meer muss man nur über die Straße gehen und Liegen gibt es auch.
In der Unterkunft selber ist alles da was braucht. Ist komplett Neu. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Besitzerin ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und richtig herzlich, da fühlt man sich wohl.
Danke für die schöne Zeit
Direkt am sehr ruhigen Strand gelegen und ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um Anse Georgette, Valle de Mai und eine großartige Bootstour mit Angel Tours nach Curieuse / St Pierre zu machen.
Wir würden das genau so wieder machen und hoffen, irgendwann wiederzukommen.
